How to Raise a Support Request or Complaint with Angel One

Published 2026-10-16 · Aadarna Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd.

Unofficial guide. Written by Aadarna Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd., an Authorised Person of Angel One Ltd., to help account holders. App screens and menu names change with updates, so follow the steps shown in your app. For official help, visit the support section of angelone.in.

Key takeaways

  • Use only official channels listed on angelone.in or inside the app.
  • Put every request in writing and keep the ticket or reference number.
  • Escalate to the grievance team, then SEBI SCORES, then SMART ODR if unresolved.
  • Beware of fake support numbers found through search or social media.

Most account issues are solved quickly through the right channel. The key is using official support, describing the problem clearly and keeping a record. This guide explains the general route for Angel One account holders, and how Aadarna can help as your Authorised Person.

Support options change over time, so check the current channels in the Angel One app or the support section of angelone.in.

Step 1: Use official support

Raise your request through the support or help section of the Angel One app or website. Many common issues, such as statements, bank changes or segment activation, have self-service options there. For others, raise a ticket or use the contact options listed on the official website.

Beware of fake numbers. Fraudsters publish fake customer care numbers online and on social media. Use only contact details shown inside the official app or on angelone.in.

Step 2: Tell us

If you opened your account through Aadarna, tell us about the issue as well. We can explain what is happening and follow up with Angel One. We will need your client code and a description, never your password, OTP or TPIN.

How to write an effective request

  • Your name and client code.
  • What happened, with dates and times.
  • Reference numbers: order number, contract note number, transaction ID or previous ticket number.
  • What you want done.
  • Screenshots or documents, with any passwords or OTPs hidden.

Keep the ticket number and any emails in one place.

Step 3: Escalate within Angel One

If the issue is not resolved, escalate to Angel One's grievance or compliance team using the escalation contacts published on its website and investor charter. Mention your earlier ticket number.

Step 4: SEBI SCORES and SMART ODR

If Angel One does not resolve your complaint, file on SEBI's SCORES system, naming Angel One Ltd. as the stock broker. If it is still unresolved, you can use the SMART ODR portal for online conciliation and arbitration. Our article on [filing complaints](/blog/how-to-file-complaint-scores-odr) explains each step.

Stay safe while getting help

  • No genuine support agent needs your password, OTP, TPIN or UPI PIN.
  • Do not install screen-sharing or remote-access apps at a caller's request.
  • Do not pay anyone to speed up a complaint.
  • If you are unsure, hang up and contact support yourself through the official app.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find Angel One's genuine support contacts?

Inside the official app, and on the official angelone.in website. Avoid numbers from search ads, social media posts or messages.

Can Aadarna resolve my complaint directly?

We can help with many service issues and follow up on your behalf, but formal complaints about the account are handled by Angel One Ltd., the stock broker.

How long should I wait before escalating?

Give the broker a reasonable chance to respond within its stated timelines. If there is no satisfactory response, escalate to the grievance team and then to SCORES.
